We make custom LEGO® stuff

Sometimes weird stuff. Sometimes 'normal' stuff.

But here's the thing: We're a tiny part-time operation. We can't take on everything.

What We Can Do

We specialise in small-batch custom work:

Custom Minifigures

Original designs, unique characters, oddball ideas that wouldn't exist otherwise. Built using genuine LEGO elements with custom printing where needed.

Tiles & Printed Bricks

Custom 1x1 tiles, 2x2 prints, specialist pieces. Great for corporate gifts, event giveaways, or just because you want something that doesn't exist anywhere else.

Small Custom Builds

Miniature builds, display pieces, commemorative sets. Nothing massive — we're talking desk-sized, not room-sized.

Limited Run Projects

Small batches of 50-500 pieces for events, collector groups, or niche communities. Not mass production. Never mass production.

What We Can't Do

Let's be upfront about what's outside our scope:

• Large corporate orders — We're not really set up for 500+ piece runs, it's possible but time is the issue.
• Tight deadlines — If you need it next week, we're not your people
• Complex mechanical builds — Motorised stuff, extensive Technic work, etc.
• Reproductions of existing sets — We make original stuff, not clones
• Anything involving licensed characters — No Marvel, no Star Wars, no copyright headaches

How It Works

Step 1: Get In Touch

Email us at contact@snotbricks.com with:

• What you want made
• Rough quantity (if applicable)
• Any specific requirements or constraints
• Your timeline (realistic, please)

Step 2: We'll Be Honest

We'll tell you straight away if we can do it or not. No messing about. If we can't, we'll say why. If we can, we'll talk through the practicalities.

Step 3: Quote & Concept

If we're taking it on, we'll work up a concept and quote. This isn't instant — give us up to 5 working days to come back to you.

Step 4: Refinement

We'll go back and forth until we're both happy with the design. This bit takes as long as it takes. We don't rush it.

Step 5: Build

Once everything's agreed and paid for, we'll build your thing. Lead time depends on complexity, but expect 4-8 weeks minimum for custom commissions.

Step 6: Delivery

We'll package it properly, ship it with tracking, and hope you love it.

Pricing

Every commission is different, so there's no fixed price list.

What affects the cost:

• Complexity — Simple prints vs intricate designs
• Quantity — One-off vs small batch
• Parts required — Rare elements cost more
• Custom printing — In-house printing adds time and cost
• Timeline — Rush jobs (if we even take them) cost more

Minimum order value: £500 for custom commissions (it's not worth our time otherwise, sorry)

Important Notes

• We're part-time — We work 2 days a week on this. Responses may take up to 5 working days.
• We're selective — We turn down more commissions than we accept. It's not personal. It's capacity.
• No refunds on custom work — Once we've started building to your spec, that's it. We'll make it right if there's a quality issue, but you can't change your mind.
• Payment upfront — 50% deposit to start, balance before shipping.
• We own the designs — Unless otherwise agreed, any designs we create remain ours.

Why Commission From Us?

We're not the biggest. We're not the fastest. We're definitely not the cheapest.

But we care about making things properly. No shortcuts. No lazy work. Just solid custom pieces built the way we'd want them if we were commissioning them ourselves.
