To help us sort your query quickly:

  • Order number (if you've got one)
  • Clear photos (if it's about a product or damage)
  • What you need (be specific — helps us help you faster)

Things We're Good At Answering

  • Order status and tracking
  • Product questions
  • Damage or quality issues
  • Custom commission enquiries (though we can't always take them on)
  • General questions about what we do

Things We're Terrible At Answering

  • "When will you restock [item]?" — We don't know yet, sorry
  • "Can you make it cheaper?" — Our prices are already fair for the work involved
  • Chasing orders placed less than 30 days ago — we've got up to 30 days to get it to you

A Quick Note

We're sound people. If something's gone wrong, we'll sort it.

But we're also small. Proper small. So if you're messaging about an order that's only been placed a few days ago, or asking us to chase a courier that's still within normal delivery times... you might not get the answer you're hoping for.

Patience goes a long way with us. We read every message. We respond to every query. We just need a bit of time to do it properly.
