UK Consumer Rights Information

Cancellation Rights: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have 14 days to cancel online purchases. However, due to the unique custom nature of our products, return costs and restocking fees apply as detailed in our Refund Policy.

Your Statutory Rights: You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. These rights are not affected by our terms and conditions.

Ordering & Dispatch

Delivery Times: Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days as required by UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. As a part-time operation, we may use the full 30-day period during busy times.

Risk Transfer: We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or someone nominated by you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Packaging: All customs are carefully packaged in protective boxes with plenty of padding. For larger builds, we might need to arrange special courier delivery - we'll sort the details before you pay.

Communication: We'll send progress photos during the build so you can see how it's coming along. Any changes or concerns, just drop us a message.

The Business

Trading: Snotbricks operates as a small part-time business under Snotbricks Ltd (Company Number: 16595142). Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00. Emails answered within business hours, may take up to 5 working days during busy periods. Please be patient with us - we're a tiny operation but we're committed to quality.

Pricing: Our prices reflect the time, skill, and quality parts that go into each custom. We don't do individual discounts as we're already pricing fairly for the work involved.

Dispatch Schedule: All completed orders from the previous week are dispatched on Mondays. Factor this into your delivery expectations.

Products & Quality

Custom Products: Each piece is a unique custom creation using genuine LEGO elements (unless stated as 3D printed) and premium custom parts where needed. We work with designers worldwide to create unique collectibles.

Stock Items: Most products are pre-made and in stock, ready for immediate dispatch. Some items may be available for pre-order with clear expected dates.

Condition: All builds use new or like-new parts. Any vintage or specialty elements will be noted in the product description.

Instructions: Digital building instructions provided with each custom when available. Physical copies can be arranged for an additional fee.

Quality Promise: If you're not happy with the build quality, we'll make it right. Simple as that.

Shipping & Delivery

UK Shipping: All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or courier services with full tracking and insurance. Signature required upon delivery. Free shipping on orders over £50, otherwise £4.99.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide via tracked and insured services. All customs documentation is completed accurately and attached to parcels. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the shipping cost.

Delivery Address: Items will be dispatched to the exact address provided on the order. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

Delivery Times:

• UK: 2-3 working days once dispatched
• EU: 5-10 working days
• USA/Canada: 7-14 working days
• Rest of World: 10-21 working days

Payment Terms

Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other standard online payment methods through our secure checkout.

Payment Processing: Payment is required in full before production begins on made-to-order items.

Currency: All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes: Contact us ASAP if you need changes to your order. Once we've started building, changes become much harder to accommodate.

Cancellations:

• In-stock items: Usually possible before dispatch
• Pre-orders: Typically possible until production starts
• Contact required immediately for any cancellation requests

Product Disclaimer: Snotbricks products are not official LEGO products and are not associated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group. These are custom builds using genuine LEGO elements that have been assembled into unique designs. LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which has no connection to Snotbricks products.

Age Restrictions: All products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to choking hazards. Adult supervision recommended for children under 8 years.

Limitation of Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure quality, we cannot guarantee long-term integrity once products leave our premises. Customers are responsible for proper handling and supervision during use.

Custom Designs: Our custom designs and building instructions are proprietary to Snotbricks and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
