Who we are

Snotbricks & Co. is the trading name of Snotbricks Ltd (company no. 16595142), a part-time custom LEGO® build business based in the UK. You can reach us at contact@snotbricks.com — email is best for anything order-related. We’re around Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, and we usually reply the same day (allow up to 5 working days when things get hectic).

Heads up: our creations are built from genuine LEGO® elements and/or 3D-printed components, but they are not official LEGO products and are not associated with, sponsored by, authorised by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group.

Ordering & payment

• Full payment is taken at checkout, including for made-to-order and pre-order items, before we start building.
• Once we’ve started building, changes are tricky — get in touch ASAP if you need to amend anything and we’ll do our best.
• We aim to dispatch every completed order on Mondays, and to deliver within 30 days of your order unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

Your right to cancel (the legal bit, made friendly)

If you’re a consumer in the UK or EU, you can change your mind about an online order — no reason needed.

• You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods to tell us you’re cancelling (the law calls this “withdrawing from the contract”). For orders delivered in instalments, the 14 days run from the last item.
• You can cancel any time before dispatch too — including orders you’re holding with our “Combine with Future Order” option. Those haven’t shipped yet, so they’re actually the easiest to sort: we just cancel and refund in full.
• How to cancel: use our online withdrawal form at snotbricks.com/withdrawal (you’ll get an email confirming the date and time we received it), email contact@snotbricks.com, or use the model cancellation form below. Any clear statement that you want to cancel will do.
• Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us (if they’ve already arrived). Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend tracked postage — see our Delivery & Returns page for the how-to.

What you get back

• A full refund, including our standard outbound delivery charge (if you picked a fancier delivery option, we refund the standard rate).
• Paid within 14 days of you cancelling — though we may hold the refund until we’ve received the goods back or you’ve shown us proof of postage, whichever comes first.
• We can reduce the refund only if the goods come back diminished in value because they’ve been handled beyond what you’d do in a shop (e.g. played with, rebuilt, or damaged) — never as a blanket “restocking fee”.

When the right to cancel doesn’t apply

If we build something to your own specification or clearly personalised for you (a genuine commission), the 14-day cancellation right doesn’t apply by law — we’ll always flag this clearly before you buy. Our regular listed creations — one-offs, in-stock pieces, pre-orders and member drops — are not commissions, and the full cancellation right applies to them.

Faulty or wrong items

Entirely separate from the change-of-mind stuff above: if your order arrives faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or your local consumer law (EU). Nothing in these terms affects those rights. Get in touch and we’ll make it right — see Delivery & Returns for the process.

International orders

We ship internationally. Import duties, taxes and customs charges (where applicable) are your responsibility unless collected at checkout.

Safety

Our builds contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 — choking hazard. Many builds are display pieces intended for adult collectors.
